As the COVID-19 virus continues to impact our country, we want you to know that Opus Packaging has a proprietary business continuity plan (“BCP”) that allows us to continue providing products and services to customers in an event like this. The plan outlines redundancies in personnel, facilities, materials, operations and systems should any of these entities become damaged, unusable, unavailable or inaccessible as a result of a disaster or catastrophic event.

Opus Packaging has five manufacturing facilities and multiple warehouses in geographically distant locations. In the event that business is interrupted at one facility, we can move operations to an unaffected facility with a minimal interruption in operations. Our manufacturing, warehouse and distribution centers are cohesive with their best practices and could easily step in if another location was unable to support our customer base.

We do partner with third-party vendors to supply our converting materials. We cannot guarantee that a significant business disruption on their part will not impact that part of our operations. However, we have multiple vendor relationships who also have multiple locations that provide redundancies that should allow us to minimize most disruptions.

In the event of a significant business disruption, information about the status of any orders and/or materials can be obtained by contacting us at (833) 526-4445.
